About us
Two friends from Naples.
We grew up in the streets of Naples, where food is everywhere - in small kitchens, in family homes, and in the neighborhood friggitorie.
In Naples, polpette are more than food.
They are Sunday lunch with our nonna, the smell of tomato sauce cooking for hours, and the simple joy of sharing a meal with friends.
When we moved to California, we realized something was missing: the real taste of Naples street food. So we decided to bring a small piece of our city here.
Our polpette are made the way we learned growing up - simple ingredients, fresh herbs, good olive oil, and recipes passed down from our families.
Every batch is fried fresh and served hot, just like you would find in the streets of Naples.
